My Weekly Wrap Up is my version of The Sunday Post hosted by Kim at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. This weekly meme is a chance to share news about your blog, books and life. It is also a perfect opportunity to meet bloggers and add more books to your collection.
It’s been a shocking week for us here in the U.S. and I don’t want to talk about politics today. But all we can do is hope and pray for the best. Something good did happen this week – my daughter passed her drivers permit test (again lol). Her original permit expired so she had to renew it and now she’s practicing to drive. She’s still nervous to drive (that’s why we’ve postponed it for so long) but we need her to start driving herself around. It’s been a challenge driving her and my youngest daughter to their schools so she needs to get her driver’s license. I wonder if hypnosis will help with her nerves lol.
On Thursday and Friday my husband will be in Las Vegas and I can’t wait! It’s an early wedding anniversary trip and I’m looking forward to relaxing. We are going to meet up with his sister and her husband and we have a show and dinner plans. While we are gone, my parents will be staying with the kids so for the next couple of days I’m going to be frantically cleaning the house. I hope I get everything cleaned up or at least stuffed in closets before they arrive lol. Does anyone else feel this way when family come for a visit?

I finished watching Stranger Things on Netflix and I loved it. I finally understand the pictures on the internet of people dressed up as a girl with a shaved head, bloody nose and waffles lol. We saw some people in our neighborhood dressed as Eleven for Halloween. I can’t wait for the next season. Now I need to get caught up on Arrow and start The Walking Dead.
I hope you have a great week and thank you for stopping by!
