Weekly Wrap-Up #90

My Weekly Wrap Up is my version of The Sunday Post hosted by Kim at Caffeinated Book Reviewer. This weekly meme is a chance to share news about your blog, books and life. It is also a perfect opportunity to meet bloggers and add more books to your collection.

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a good week.

Nothing exciting happened during the week. We are having problems again with our internet. Our internet provider sucks but I have to wait until our contract ends in March before I can switch providers. So until then we are fighting over using the internet. My husband has been playing the Xbox online game Destiny and he gets mad at us when the game loses the internet connection. He blames us for all being online at the same time but I honestly think it is the games server that keeps dropping the connection. He and his friends act as if their saving the world we can’t even talk to him when he plays. It is crazy (and funny) the way they act like big kids. He also bought Halo 5 that took 3 days to download so I kept losing internet connection this week. I haven’t been able to visit blogs, reply to comments and create posts. It’s been really frustrating!! So I spent my week reading and writing up reviews and posts. I found some old reviews I had started to write up but never finished so it was nice to get caught up. So hopefully I’ll be able to add these posts to my blog but it all depends on our internet.

I remember the dial-ups and having to listen to your modem lol. It’s been frustrating but I’m making the best of it. I enjoyed Last Ride and my review will be up soon. Thanks Laurel and have a great week!

  1. Internet problems… no fun! Hope your provider gets their act together ( I know, probaly won’t happen right?). I think as time goes on these companies provide worse and worse service. anyway I love that picture- there have been times when I’ve wanted to do that. 🙂

Feverborn has a very nice cover, I’ve seen that one around, hope it was good. 🙂

These companies are bad and when we first moved to the area we were stuck with only one provider. So we had no choice but now there are other providers in our area. I can’t wait to switch lol. Feverborn was good but it could have been better lol. Thanks Greg and I hope you have a great week!

That are crazy and it’s funny to hear them get so excited over the game lol. I can’t wait for this to be fixed. Thanks Megan!

I can’t wait to switch. We had no choice for our provider when we first moved here. They were the only one in our area. But now we have quite a few to select from so I’m hoping the switch will be good. Thanks for stopping by Katherine and have a great week!!

  2. That is super frustrating that your internet connection is failing you! Three days for one game is INSANE! My husband and I upgraded to the fastest internet our provider had to offer because we had issues with connection. Sometimes its still a little slow, but I couldn’t even imagine waiting 3 days for a game to install. I’d give up! So hopefully you get that fixed when March comes 🙂

I can’t wait to switch! Our current internet is ok if we aren’t all using it but it’s frustrating since my kids need it for homework and I need it for blogging and work. It’s almost March lol. Thanks Molly!!

Maybe it is just our bad luck it took so long to download but my husband did say it was a big file. That is one thing I don’t like about the Xbox One is how we have to download all the games. I can’t wait to switch providers lol. Thanks Laura for stopping by!!
