I did ok this week. We are still going to the gym on our lunch hour but I missed 2 days because of meetings. I’m feeling good and eating better, but I am getting bored with eating the same things. I need to look for new recipes this weekend.
Here is what I did:
- Saturday – 60 minute
- Sunday – Easter (spent the day with the family)
- Monday – rest
- Tuesday – 30 minutes on stationary bike
- Wednesday – gym (20 minutes on treadmill, 10 minutes on weights for arms)
- Thursday – gym (20 minutes on treadmill, 10 minutes on weights for legs)
This week I earned $4 toward books I can purchase. Total earned so far is $43!
