This week I did good but I had to restart the Blogilates 30 Day Flat Abs Challenge because I missed a day. I am also still doing the Blogilates 6 Min Sexy Arms Workout. It was nice having a 3 day weekend and I took advantage of the extra free time.
Here is what I did last week:
- Friday – rest
- Saturday – 45 minute walking/jogging, Day 1 Ab Challenge, Arm Workout
- Sunday – 60 minute walking, Day 2 Ab Challenge
- Monday – 45 minute walking/jogging. Day 3 Ab Challenge, Arm Workout
- Tuesday – 30 minute walking, 30 minute stationary bike. Day 4 Ab Challenge
- Wednesday – Day 5 Ab challenge, Arm Workout
- Thursday – 30 minute stationary bike, Day 6 Ab Challenge
This week I earned $6 toward books I can purchase at the end of the month! Total so far is $11!
I don’t have a daily tip from work but I do want to share this recipe that I loved. I’ve had this for lunch this week and it is really filling.
