#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About . This is a great way to motivate each other to get and stay moving!

This week I did good with making time for exercising.  Also I ate good buy eating less carbs and more vegetables.  I started a new feature on my blog, Pinterest Test, and I posted my first recipe test – turkey burgers.  I don’t know the calories per serving but it was good!  So check it out.

Here is what I did last week:

  • Friday, 1/2 – 20 minute walking dvd workout
  • Saturday, 1/3 – rest
  • Sunday, 1/4 – 30 minute walking dvd, 30 minute stationary bike
  • Monday, 1/5 – 30 minute walking dvd, 45 minute stationary bike
  • Tuesday, 1/6 – 30 minute stationary bike
  • Wednesday, 1/7 – rest
  • Thursday, 1/8 – 60 minute stationary bike

For my weekly check-in I might include an interesting article I found.  So this week I found this on Self Magazine:

  1. You are doing better than me with food. I haven’t introduced anything spectacularly healthy to my diet. I do want to try some recipes from books and pinterest. I’ve never had a turkey burger but I like burgers so I’m sure I’ll enjoy them. Great job this week especially with the stationary bike!

      Thanks! I’m getting bored with eating the same snacks so this list is a great way to eat something new (and boost my metabolism).

      I’m always getting emails from Self Magazine (I used to subscribe to the magazine) but I would always delete them before reading it. But now I noticed some articles that were interesting lol. I also love finding recipes on Pinterest and plan to try more of them. Thanks!
