I had problems with my Fitbit again this week! I didn’t realize until at night that the Fitbit wasn’t counting my steps. I wasn’t getting a low battery symbol so it didn’t make sense why it wasn’t working. But taking the battery out and putting it back in helped and now it is working fine. I just can’t believe the problems I’ve been having with my Fitbits. Is anyone else noticing this?
My job has a healthy lifestyle program and throughout the year we earned points for syncing our Fitbits and attending health fairs. Now that the year is ending it was time to cash in our points for prizes. I had accumulated about 6,000 points so I was able to get a Leslie Sansone DVD and some books. Now that I have the walking DVD I can walk indoors if the weather is bad – so I can’t make any more excuses for not exercising!!

Here is what I did this week:
Friday – rest
Saturday – 60 minutes on stationary bike
Sunday – 3 hours of walking (we went to the mall for Christmas shopping)
Monday – 30 minutes on stationary bike, 20 minute dvd workout
Tuesday – 30 minutes on stationary bike
Wednesday – 30 minute dvd workout
Thursday – rest
