It finally started raining here so I wasn’t able to walk outside. I’m still working overtime so I’m tired but I try to push myself to get some exercise.
Here is what I did last week:
- Friday – rest (too tired from work)
- Saturday – rest (did errands)
- Sunday – 30 minute walk, 30 minutes on stationary bike
- Monday – 30 minutes on stationary bike
- Tuesday – rest (got home late)
- Wednesday – 30 minutes on stationary bike
- Thursday – 60 minutes on stationary bike
