I was terrible last week! We had a busy weekend so I had no time to exercise and I was so tired on Monday. Plus I had to go to a conference for work so that ruined my time for exercising. So I have to do better this coming week.
Here is what I did last week:
- Friday – walked 30 minutes
- Saturday – rest (we had a wedding to attend)
- Sunday – rest (we celebrated my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary)
- Monday – rest (I was so tired from the weekend)
- Tuesday – nothing (I was at a conference for work)
- Wednesday – walked 30 minutes, 30 minutes on stationary bike
- Thursday – walked 30 minutes, 30 minutes on stationary bike
How was your week?
I think some weeks we just have them like that! The general pattern is more important. Social life is important too. Congrats on your parents 50th – great celebration for your family.

Sometimes life just gets in the way :/ Looks like you’re already back at it though, so that’s great. That’s really all we can do – get back at it when life lets us!
