I was terrible last week!  We had a busy weekend so I had no time to exercise and I was so tired on Monday.  Plus I had to go to a conference for work so that ruined my time for exercising. So I have to do better this coming week.

 

Here is what I did last week:

  • Friday – walked 30 minutes
  • Saturday – rest (we had a wedding to attend)
  • Sunday – rest (we celebrated my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary)
  • Monday – rest (I was so tired from the weekend)
  • Tuesday – nothing (I was at a conference for work)
  • Wednesday – walked 30 minutes, 30 minutes on stationary bike
  • Thursday – walked 30 minutes, 30 minutes on stationary bike
