The pain in my hip is gone but I’m still taking it easy. The weather has finally cooled down to the 70’s but now I have a cold!!  It must be the drastic changes in weather we have been having. I’m feeling ok enough to walk.  Work has been so stressful the walking has been a great way to clear my mind and get fresh air.

Here is what I did last week:

  • Friday – rest
  • Saturday – walked 30 minutes
  • Sunday – walked 30 minutes
  • Monday – walked 30 minutes
  • Tuesday – walked 30 minutes
  • Wednesday – walked 30 minutes, 10 minutes on stationary bike
  • Thursday – rest
