Book Blog Walkers Check-in 33

My hip has been bothering me this week.  I think I injured it on the stationary bike because that is only when it really hurts. I can walk but I have been going at a slower pace just to make sure I don’t make the injury worse.  It still is warm so I’ve been walking after dinner.

Here is what I did last week:

  • Friday – walked 30 minutes
  • Saturday – rest
  • Sunday – walked/jogged 2 miles
  • Monday – walked 30 minutes
  • Tuesday – walked 30 minutes
  • Wednesday – rest
  • Thursday – walked 30 minutes

      It is strange that it doesn’t hurt when I walk. So I’m happy I can at least do that. Thanks Kathryn!
