I had a good week but my Fitbit Flex stopped working! I’ve only had since July and it’s stopped syncing. The battery is full charge so I don’t know what is going on. My sister-in-law is also having this problem so it’s probably the app we both have. We both got so frustrated we stopped wearing it. I still wear the Fitbit Zip so at least I am earning points for my work’s exercise plan. I’m still cutting heavy carbs (like bread, pasta and rice) from my meals and eating more vegetables. I’ve lost some weight and feel good (not hungry) so I’m glad I made this change.
Here is what I did last week:
- Friday – walked 30 minutes on my lunch break
- Saturday – walked/jogged 2 miles
- Sunday – walked/jogged 2 miles
- Monday – rest
- Tuesday – walked/jogged 2 miles
- Wednesday – walked 30 minutes on my lunch break
- Thursday – rest
