Book Blog Walkers Check-in 28

Book Blog Walkers is a challenge developed by Felicia @ Geeky Bloggers Book Blog –for details go check out her info page. I hope you’ll join us, it’s a lot of fun and a great way to motivate each other to get and stay moving!

This week I did much better than last week. The weather has cooled down so I was able to go walking.  Also I had 2 days of jury duty so I walked during the long breaks.  The courthouse is in downtown Sacramento so there was a nice park to walk at.

Here is what I did last week:

Friday – 30 minute walk

Saturday – rest (I had to work and do errands)

Sunday – 45 minute speed walk

Monday – 1 hour stationary bike

Tuesday – 45 minute walk

Wednesday – 45 minute walk

Thursday – 1 hour stationary bike

  1. You are doing really good with this. I used to participate in it and then fell off the wagon. Every since I have been visiting my parents I haven’t walked at all! Next week I have to get back into the groove.

      Thanks Angie! I’m trying to be better with exercising. Having to post helps with the motivation. I hope you had a nice time with your parents!
