During this last week I felt lazy again. It has been in the 100 degrees again so it’s been too hot to go outside. And work is stressful so I’m tired by the time I get home. I know these are the same excuses. I have to try harder!! I’m signing up for Zumba again for September. Since I am paying for the classes that should keep me motivated to go!!
So here is what I did last week:
Friday – walked 30 mins
Saturday – rest
Sunday – speed walked for 45 mins
Monday – rest/lazy
Tuesday – 1 hour on stationary bike
Wednesday – rest/lazy
