I didn’t do so good this last week. Work was crazy because of my 2 week vacation. I spent most of the week catching up on my emails and solving problems. By the time I got home I was so tired.
Here is what I did last week:
- Friday – walked for 60 minutes
- Saturday – walked for 60 minutes
- Sunday – rest day since we to visit family
- Monday – rest day
- Tuesday – 60 minutes on stationary bike
And that’s all I did this week. I plan to get back on track next week.
