Book Blog Walkers Check-In 20

Book Blog Walkers is a challenge developed by Felicia @ Geeky Bloggers Book Blog –for details go check out her info page. I hope you’ll join us, it’s a lot of fun and a great way to motivate each other to get and stay moving!

This week I did good.  I pushed myself to exercise (even though I was feeling lazy).  So here is what I did last week:

  • Friday: rest
  • Saturday: walked 30 minutes
  • Sunday: walked 45 minutes, 60 minutes on a stationary bike
  • Monday: walked 30 minutes, 2 Youtube workouts (Fine Toning Arm Workout & Standing Abs workout)
  • Tuesday: 60 minutes on stationary bike
  • Wednesday: walked 30 minutes, 2 Youtube workouts
  • Thursday: rest

      Hi Kathryn! One of my friends has been doing these workouts and then I happened to see an article in a magazine about them. So I figured it was about time to check these out. So far so good and there are so many on there to try. Thanks for stopping by!
