This week I did good. I pushed myself to exercise (even though I was feeling lazy). So here is what I did last week:
- Friday: rest
- Saturday: walked 30 minutes
- Sunday: walked 45 minutes, 60 minutes on a stationary bike
- Monday: walked 30 minutes, 2 Youtube workouts (Fine Toning Arm Workout & Standing Abs workout)
- Tuesday: 60 minutes on stationary bike
- Wednesday: walked 30 minutes, 2 Youtube workouts
- Thursday: rest
