Friday 6/13 – rest, I went to a book signing for Diana Gabaldon
Saturday 6/14 – walked 60 mins
Sunday 6/15– rest, celebrated Father’s Day
Monday 6/16 – ran 2 miles, Fine Toning Arm Workout (here is the Youtube link)
Tuesday 6/17 – 30 minutes on stationary bike
Wednesday 6/18 – ran 2 miles, Fine Toning Arm Workout
Thursday 6/19 – 30 minutes on stationary bike
