I’m really trying hard to stay motivated to exercise. I’ve been feeling really lazy lately and frustrated I haven’t lost any weight! To help stay on my goal I am starting a training program on my Runkeeper phone app. The training program is free and it shows me what days to run and for how long. I have also changed my work schedule so I can work out in the morning (since once I get home I get too lazy to do anything). Also the weather has been really hot here so running in the morning is better!
So here is what I did last week:
Friday 6/6 – 30 minutes on stationary bike
Saturday 6/7 – rest
Sunday 6/8 – ran 2 miles
Monday 6/9 – 30 minutes on stationary bike
Tuesday 6/10 – ran 2 miles, Fine toning arm workout from Youtube. Here is the video and link if you would like to check it out:
Wednesday 6/11 – 30 minutes on stationary bike
Thursday 6/10 – ran 2 miles, Fine toning arm workout
