So here is what I did last week:
Friday 5/30 – walked 30 minutes
Saturday 5/31– walked 30 minutes
Sunday 6/1 – this was finally the BIG DAY – the Run Like A Diva. This was the race my sisters and I were training for but we ended up walking and running. We finished the 5k under and hour so I’m really proud of us! And the race was a lot of fun. It was a long the bay, so it was cold but it was a nice view. And at the end of the race there were hot fireman waiting for us with our medals!! We also received tiaras, boas and a rose. We had a great time and are already planning our next race!
Monday 6/2 – rest day
Tuesday 6/3 – walked 30 minutes
Wednesday 6/4 – 30 minutes on our stationary bike
Thursday 6/5 – 30 minutes on our stationary bike
My Zumba class is done and I won’t be taking the classes again until August. Work and family is crazy right now so I felt rushed to get to the class. And we have an upcoming vacation, so I don’t want to pay for classes I will end up missing. So for now I have to really push hard on the walking and stationary bike.
