Here is what I did last week:
Friday 5/23 – walked 30
Saturday 5/24 – walked 45 minutes
Sunday 5/25 – walked 45 minutes
Monday 5/26 – there was no Zumba class because of Memorial Day, walked 30 minutes
Tuesday 5/27 – walked our dog 20 minutes, rode stationary bike 30 minutes
Wednesday 5/28 – 60 minute Zumba class
Thursday 5/29 – rest
Sunday is the Diva Run. I’ll be doing the run with my sisters, but we have decided to walk. Turns out we all hate running lol. So this should be fun (we have tutus for the race!!).
