Here is what I did last week:

Friday 5/16 – rest
Saturday 5/17 – walked 45 minutes
Sunday 5/18 – walked 45 minutes
Monday 5/19 – 60 minute Zumba class
Tuesday 5/20 – walked our dog 20 minutes, rode stationary bike 30 minutes
Wednesday 5/21 – 60 minute Zumba class
Thursday 5/22 – walked our dog 20 minutes, rode stationary bike 30 minutes
