This week I started going to a Zumba class. I prefer to workout at home because of my schedule but I have been really lazy! So to make sure I get some exercise I finally signed up for a Zumba Class. Since I paid for the class it motivates me to go! And it is a lot of fun (and more space to move around).
Here is how I did last week:
Friday 5/2 – 30 minute walk
Saturday 5/3 – 60 minute walk (from doing errands)
Sunday 5/4 – rest day (we went out of town for the day)
Monday 5/5 – 60 minute Zumba class
Tuesday 5/6 – 30 minute walk
Wednesday 5/7 – 60 minute Zumba class
Thursday 5/8 – rest day (I had a bad headache from work)
