So here is what I did last week:
Friday 4/25 – rest
Saturday 4/26 – ran 2 miles
Sunday 4/27 – walked 45 minutes
Monday 4/28 – rest
Tuesday 4/29 – 1 hour on stationary bike
Wednesday 4/30 – walked 45 minutes
Thursday 5/1 – rest day (my daughter had a concert at her school, so I had no time to exercise)
