Agent Malcolm Rook is hunting for people with the rarest of talents—the ability to master dreams. He finds the undeniably gifted Jordan Lane, but she’s wary of mysterious Rook and resists his pursuit as long as she can. Yet the dreamwaters they enter are too exhilarating to resist, and attraction soon ignites electric passions. Delving too deep stirs a nightmare, one they must defeat, or be forever lost to darkness.

Fans of paranormal romance and bad boys, get ready for a dark, sexy plunge into fantasy and desire. The Reveler Series is set in a contemporary world in which people can indulge in Rêve, or shared dreaming—a pop culture phenomenon sweeping the world. Imagine being able to fall asleep at night, only to wake in a dream world, one in which you are lucid and in control—where you can be anything you want to be and do anything you like. But you must be careful…dreaming can be as dangerous as it is seductive.

My Review 4

Darkness Falls is a wild mental ride and I loved every minute of it.  This book has The Matrix feel in which you question reality and the spine-tingling scenes reminiscent of Flatliners (a 1990 film – yes, it’s old but I thought it was scary and freaky!). Add sexy agent Malcolm Rook and you have an action packed steamy paranormal romance!

This story is perfect as a novella. The length of the book gave me enough time to grow to love Rook and Jordan.  Jordan is smart, strong and funny.  Rook is at first dark and cocky but once he lets his walls down he becomes the sexy hero. And the story moves so fast there is no drag time. I could not put this book down!

Erin Kellison is a great story teller. Her books are paranormal but with an unusual twist that makes them stand out above the rest. Ms. Kellison creates worlds with so much detail I can visualize it as if I was watching a movie. The story may be dark but she creates characters that are strong and filled with love and hope. It is good vs evil with steamy romance on the side!

This is a great start for the series and I can’t wait to read more.  I highly recommend this to all paranormal fans!
