I missed a post last week because I was sick so I didn’t get any exercise. But this week I am feeling better and was able to get some exercise in:
Sunday 4/6 – 1 hour on my stationary bike
Monday 4/7 – walked for 30 minutes
Tuesday 4/8 – ran for 1.5 miles
Wednesday 4/9 – walked for 30 minutes, 30 minutes on stationary bike
Thursday 4/10 – rest (my daughter needed help with her homework)
My Fitbit went out on me this week, so I hope to buy a new one this weekend. And I’m still looking for a Zumba class so I can add more variety to my workout.
