So here is what I did last week:
Saturday 4/19 – ran 2 miles
Sunday 4/20 – it was Easter so I spent the day with our family
Monday 4/21 – walked 30 minutes, 1 hour on stationary bike (I had to work off all the dessert I ate from Sunday!)
Tuesday 4/22 – walked 45 minutes
Wednesday 4/23 – 1 hour on stationary bike
Thursday 4/24 – ran 2 miles
