I didn’t do that great this week – I was so lazy!! Here is how I did this week:
Saturday 3/15 – ran 2 miles
Sunday 3/16 – walked for 30 minutes, 30 minutes on stationary bike
Monday 3/17 – ran 2.3 miles
Tuesday to Thursday – nothing! I was so lazy and got home late from work.
The weather here in California is sunny and warm – so I have no excuse to not spend time outside!! I hope to do better next week!!
