This week I was able to do a lot more exercising. And now I’ve added something else to motivate me to stay on track – my sister is losing a lot of weight!! I’m really happy for her and now it made me re-evaluate my eating and exercise habits. We are both training for our first half marathon in June, which is going ok for me. Right now I can run 1.5 miles in 20 minutes but I need to increase the mileage and improve my time.
So here is what I did last week:
Friday 2/14 – it was Valentine’s Day, so we were too busy for me to workout
Saturday 2/15 – walked 3 hours at the mall and grocery (I had a lot of errands that day)
Sunday 2/16 – ran 1.5 miles
Monday 2/17 – rest day
Tuesday 2/18 – 1 hour of stationary bike
Wednesday 2/19 – ran 1.5 miles
Thursday 2/20 – 1 hour of stationary bike
