This is my first check-in because I stumbled upon this challenge at the end of January. I found this challenge just at the right time because my sisters and I are doing are first half marathon in June – the Divarun! I’m new to running so I’m starting slow. I found a great phone app, RunKeeper, that has training sessions which I’m trying to follow. But now that it is finally raining in Northern California it has been hard to do any outside exercise. But I used our stationary bike to get some exercise.
So here is how I did last week:
Friday 1/31 – 1.5 mile walk/run (20 minutes)
Sunday 2/2 – 1.5 mile walk/run (20 minutes)
Tuesday 2/4 – 2 mile walk/run (32 minutes)
Thursday 2/6 – 1 hour stationary bike
Now that I’m writing it down it is giving me more motivation to try harder! I hope everyone has a great week!!
