My Book Blogging Goals for 2014
I will try to read 4 books a month
Before I started my blog I was able to read 2 books a week. But lately I am lucky if I can read a book in a week. So for 2014 I will put more effort into reading more!
I will alternate the book choices from my Netgalley shelf and my personal library
I over did it on Netgalley!! I have so many books on there (because I was surprised I was approved by the publishers!!). So I have learned my lesson and have stopped requesting ARCs until I read all that I have been approved for. And my personal library has so many books that I would love to read, so I want to also concentrate on those before I buy any more books!
I will alternate genres
This will help to keep things more interesting for myself and my followers. I notice if I read the same genre over and over again I find myself comparing the books, when I really should be treating them as individuals.
I will comment on more blogs
Since I’ve moved to WordPress I have not been commenting on as many blogs as before my move. I feel awful about this since so many bloggers have helped me get started. So I want to comment more as a way to stay in touch with the friends I’ve made and also to make new friends.
I will be more active on Facebook
I started my Facebook page because everyone had one lol. But I do like being able to talk to other bloggers and readers, so I will try to be more active.
So now it is your turn! What are your book goals for 2014? You can join in on this Blog Hop by entering your information in the Linky list below!
