Our Review

My 10-year-old daughter is a huge My Little Pony fan.  So when I saw this book on Netgalley I thought it would be a fun idea for her to review this book so she can be a part of my blog.  So here is her review, in the form of an interview:

What did you like best about this book?

I liked that there were different stories and that there was one for each pony.  It was fun reading about each one.

Do you have a favorite pony?

Rarity is my favorite, so I liked her story the best!  Her story was in a spa and it was funny!

What did you like least about this book?

There was nothing I didn’t like.  The stories were fun and short so I would read them again.

Did you like the illustrations?

Yes, they were good just like the tv shows.

Would you recommend this book to your friends?

Yes!!  They would love this too!!

On a scale of 1 to 5, what score would you give this book?

A 5 1/2!!  I loved it.  (My rating is only till 5, so we’ll round it down)

Based on my daughter’s review I think My Little Pony: Pony Tales Volume 1 is a perfect gift for young readers.
