The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO bloggers, Rachel of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read.  Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!  The goal is increase blog followers and make friends.

This weeks question:

It is up to you to do a Kickstarter campaign for your favorite book!!! Who are you casting for the main characters?

For this weeks F & F challenge I selected Tiger’s Curse by Colleen Houck.  I love this series and I can’t wait for the movie (which is still in the planning stages).

So here is my dream cast:

Emma Roberts as Kelsey

Emma would be a perfect Kelsey because she has that  “girl next door” look.  And plus she’s a good actress.

Ruslaan Mumtaz as Ren.

I am not familiar with any Bollywood actors, but Colleen Houck has a Pinterest board that has some ideal picks for the movies.  So just imagine him with blue eyes and a white shirt. I think he would be a perfect Ren!

Varun Dhawan as Kishan

Varun was also featured in Colleen’s Pinterest board.  I think he’s good as Kishan, he’s cute but not as cute as Ren!!

Naveen Andrews as Mr. Kishan

I loved him in Lost and I can’t wait to see him as Jafar in Once Upon A Time In Wonderland (a new ABC series starting this fall).

Freida Pinto as Nilima

I know that Nilima is supposed to be in her early twenties, but I couldn’t think of anyone else!  Freida looks young in this picture. And she is so beautiful! I can picture her as a loving “sister” to Ren and Kishan.

And finally Hrithik Roshan as Lokesh!

What book did you select?  Leave your link in the comments and thank you for stopping by!

  1. I have not read this book yet (which is a common thread for me today…I fail as a reader). But I do like all of these actors! Does that count? Particularly Naveen Andrews. He always plays such strong characters. (although if you want to see a movie where Naveen Andrews is kind of hilarious, you should watch Bride and Prejudice)
